The 2017 IEEE 86th Vehicular Technology Conference will be held 24–27 September 2017 in Toronto, Canada. This semi-annual flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society will bring together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideas in the fields of wireless, mobile, and vehicular technology. The 3rd RAFNET will be held in conjunction with the 2017 IEEE 86th Vehicular Technology Conference.
