Important Notice: All the Accepted Papers will also be Featured in IEEE Newsletters such as IEEE Software Defined Networks (Link), and IEEE Future Directions (Link). The authors of accepted papers will be invited to write about the effect of their research on the Internet & Software-Defined Networking policies and Future Directions in 800-1000 words. The articles have to be in the scope of these newsletters.
